Southern Methodist University (SMU) commissioned me to write this white paper to promote their web design program and serve as a lead magnet for prospective students and instructors. This piece not only bolstered SMU's marketing efforts but also expanded their email distribution list for direct engagement. Following its publication, the program experienced significant growth. Additionally, I oversaw the design of the PDF to align with SMU's white paper standards.
