Recruitment Mailer
This brochure became one of Admission's more successful outreach pieces targeting rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors with an invitation to visit campus. The "It's Agnes Scott or Bust" theme was very effective and poplar. I conceptualized and designed this five-panel roll-fold self-mailer with two built-in reply pieces (one to request a virtual visit in a video of the college).
National Award-winning Alumna Fundraising Set
This project below won the National CASE III 2005 Advancement Award of Excellence for Educational Fundraising. It far exceeded goals and expectations, becoming one of the college's most successful alumni fundraising campaigns ever.
This was a multi-piece alumna annual fund direct-mail campaign. The project included a 5-piece set (seen unfolded, fronts and backs below), which I planned and designed. The set comprised gate-fold self-mailer brochures (7 x 5 inches folded) with a detachable, returnable envelope and corresponding follow-up postcards. The focus was on one unifying message ("The Power of One, the Impact of Many") aimed at a wide range of alumni age groups, reflecting the college's long history.
I searched the college archives to find historical images and notable alumnae we aimed to feature. For each age group, I created a montage of period images from their time as students, alongside contemporary images of some of those individuals. The brochures had four panels that opened downward. The last two panels included a detachable questionnaire targeting that age group and a fold-over, sealable glue strip to form a business reply envelope for fundraising. The set was mirrored in the design of the postcards, which were used as personal follow-up thank-you's to donors.

The set below illustrates the many postcards I developed for ASC. We used them for recruitment but also to promote events and lectures to more general Atlanta audiences.
